Hello, we are Céline and Benoît. We have been wanting to open our own bed and breakfast for years. Our dream came true when we found this charming domain, Hic & Nunc, in Charente Maritime, to be restored.
Today, we are finally ready, and proud to welcome you!
The domain
A former agricultural holding dating from the 19th century, the estate is made up of a main house, an old barn, and several annexes (stables rehabilitated into a small house, tobacco awning, pig roofs, etc.). Abandoned by the previous owner, we acquired this estate and began refurbishing it to bring out all the beauty of the place.
We chose this name for its poetry and its multiple meanings: to be here and now is to enjoy the present moment, it is to be where we always wanted to be, and for our travelers, it means to enjoy a moment away from everyday life, whether in our guest rooms or in our institute.

With its 2 hectares, the estate is a true haven of greenery and tranquility. This surface allows us to set up different spaces. Some projects are still under development, but we are already offering some on-site activities that you might like!
